GCC 4.9.4 is now available.

The most notable one seems to be that libsanitizer was totally broken in aarch64 and powerpc64 in 4.9.3 and was fixed now.

Um, well, no, the bug I mentioned was actually fixed in GCC 4.9.3 it seems. Anyway, let's bump the version :D
