Description Pacho Ramos gentoo-dev 2016-08-17 13:49:07 UTC
Dead for ages, needs migration to new eclasses and it also doesn't look to play well with the current menu paths (I have tried to open it and it doesn't read any of the menus installed in current locations). It also has some QA issues:
 * QA Notice: This ebuild installs into paths that should be created at runtime.
 * To fix, simply do not install into these directories. Instead, your package
 * should create dirs on the fly at runtime as needed via init scripts/etc...
 *
 *   var/cache
 *   var/cache/denu
 *   var/cache/denu/installedDB
 *   var/cache/denu/sysprgms.txt
 *   var/cache/denu/sysprgms.p
 *   var/cache/denu/new_sysprgms.p
 *   var/cache/denu/name_index.p
 *   var/cache/denu/menu_images.p
 *   var/cache/denu/folder_index.p
 *   var/cache/denu/exec_index.p
 *   var/cache/denu/custom_folder_index.p
 *   var/cache/denu/command_index.p
 * QA Security Notice: world writable file(s):
 *   /var/cache/denu/installedDB
 *   /var/cache/denu/sysprgms.txt
 *   /var/cache/denu/sysprgms.p
 *   /var/cache/denu/new_sysprgms.p
 *   /var/cache/denu/name_index.p
 *   /var/cache/denu/menu_images.p
 *   /var/cache/denu/folder_index.p
 *   /var/cache/denu/exec_index.p
 *   /var/cache/denu/custom_folder_index.p
 *   /var/cache/denu/command_index.p
 * This may or may not be a security problem, most of the time it is one.
 * Please double check that denu-2.3.2-r1 really needs a world writeable bit and file bugs accordingly.
