As soon as guile-2 is stabilized we will need to get its reverse deps rebuilt... then, we will need to bump eapi for that... since I am not sure about what EAPIs are allowed for toolchain packages... your call :)

this was already happening in bug 584092, but we were blocked because guile-2 wasn't available
