I have a new email address, and do not access the BGO with the old account. So 
I have no way to filter BGO, to prevent sending out notices to the old email address (wireless@tampabay.rr.com). I lost the passwd so now I exclusively use the garftd@verizon.net account for BGO. I cannot seem to find anything  as
an example on how to delete any old derelict CC entries.

You don't. I've disabled bugzilla sending emails for the account.
