Portage outputs the following warning: WARNING: One or more updates/rebuilds have been skipped due to a dependency conflict: net-libs/libpcap:0 (net-libs/libpcap-1.8.0:0/0::gentoo, ebuild scheduled for merge) conflicts with net-libs/libpcap[ipv6] required by (net-analyzer/nmap-7.25_beta1:0/0::gentoo, installed) ^^^^ net-libs/libpcap dropped ipv6 from IUSE. I will attach a patch to resolve the issue.
