Also app-portage/repoman-2.3.0 must be stabilized at the same time. Maybe we should send out an announcement advising developers to install repoman. Not sure that it's worthy of a news item.

Well, in the main repo(gentoo.git), portage is marked stable on amd64 but repoman isn’t and I think it should be marked stable in the repo when both are stable to prevent issues.
