Toralf, are you able to confirm if this issue is present if xz-utils is built with USE=threads? (In reply to NP-Hardass from comment #4) I rather tend to close this bug as invalid b/c this issue happens on a image which is suspected to be broken Just confirmed it on my machine. xz-utils[-threads] causes their detection of threads to break. Looks like an upstream bug, but I'm investigating now. (In reply to NP-Hardass from comment #6) funny side fact : this issue was detected at my tinderbox only at one image here now - and that's was an image where gcc upgrade was made unsuccessful (due to other package failure) - therefore I sorted this image out ;-) (In reply to Toralf Förster from comment #7) > (In reply to NP-Hardass from comment #6) > funny side fact : this issue was detected at my tinderbox only at one image > here now - and that's was an image where gcc upgrade was made unsuccessful > (due to other package failure) - therefore I sorted this image out > > ;-) Hehe, well, glad you spotted it, nonetheless. Fixed in 3.2.1-r4 with backported upstream patch in e7190087b79b1685765ab683bf3ad23edb229950. Thanks, as always, Toralf. |
