Please bump dev-python/scrapy to v1.1.1 (released on 2016-07-13).

Current version in tree as of 2016-07-24 is v1.0.3.

Hi.
New version of scrapy requires https://pypi.python.org/pypi/parsel/0.9.0 which is not in tree yet

If you are interested in scrapy, maybe you can package parsel and then bump scrapy and take over maintainance maybe?
I never used it and now the proxy maintainer seems to be gone, so I'd be glad if someone who really needs it takes over.

Added Bug 603688  for Parsel ebuild.

At present the current version of dev-python/scrapy is v1.2.0

This ebuild together with the ebuild suggested in Bug 603688 worked for me.

Feather tests need to be done in order to validate this ebuild proposal.
