Toralf I don't understand the problem very well here. Do you still experience this issue? Reopen if you do. Well, IIRC, I was investigating an issue at my tinderbox and was arguing that the underlying file system (btrfs) is buggy. Therefore I was the opinion that it could be a good be a to check whether the installation was corrupted or not. So I chrooted into an (arbitrarily image) and run $> qcheck -v --nomtime | grep -B 1 -e '^ MD5-DIGEST:' -e '^ AFK:' Whilst that doesn't gave my any clue whether the file system is ok or not, I realized that this particular package has completely different chksums.
