mgorny asked that I run this past some people before taking any action.

app-admin/systemrescuecd-x86 currently has RESTRICT=mirror to avoid mirroring of several large iso files. These files are around 450 to 500 MB each.

The upstream distribution platform for these files (Sourceforge) is currently experiencing an outage. If we had the files mirrored, Gentoo users would be unaffected.

Would it be acceptable to remove the mirror restriction? Is there some guideline on how many of the iso files would be acceptable to mirror?

As infra lead, I explicitly approve of mirroring the ISO files, and have altered the ebuild to match.
