=media-gfx/gimp-2.9.2-r1 fails to build against media-libs/gegl-0.3.8.

Error:
core/libappcore.a(gimpparamspecs-duplicate.o): In function `gimp_param_spec_duplicate':
gimpparamspecs-duplicate.c:(.text+0x2f0): undefined reference to `GEGL_IS_PARAM_SPEC_MULTILINE'

Builds fine with gegl-0.3.4.

patch to gimp to fix compilation with newest gegl

This patch from Debian did the trick for me. Sadly the gimp ebuild doesn't have user patch support, so one has to make a copy in a local overlay.
