FYI - Version has been bumped again.  Latest is 4.4.4.

I copied the 4.2.2 ebuild to 4.4.4, fetched the source, and re-created the digest on 3 different stable boxes.
All 3 merged fine, and are working as expected.

As latest in portage is 4.4.6, I'm closing this. Thanks for reporting anyway.
