Hello,
Iwould like to ask if there is still anyone who maintains:
https://github.com/gentoo/puppet-portage

And if not if it is there a way to get involved (I do know something of puppet, but still it could be less than is required).

Last commit almost year ago, no replies from dev in issues

Expected Results:  
At least merged PRs, if not other development.

It looks like you should be maintaining your fork until someone steps up.
Posting bug reports for this and issues is not a good idea, as these aren't bugs.
