Both the added packages and updated packages feeds didn't update after June 2nd, while there have been (obviously) some updates after this date.

packages.gentoo.org is also failing to update it's lists as well after 13:01 utc

Yes, when feeds don't update it's usually because the rest doesn't update as well.

Service should be restored now.
