a small patch needed to make padre launch without errors.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge padre
2. lunch padre in terminal
3. notice a start-up failure
4. appy patch and rebuild padre
5. launch padre and notice normal start
Actual Results:
