When trying to install dev-vcs/git-2.8.3 on different systems, I get:

"/usr/bin/install: cannot stat 'git-credential-store': No such file or directory"

Then this line is repeated with many files (git-daemon, git-fast-import, etc).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install dev-vcs/git-2.8.3
2.The installation fails


Expected Results:  
The installation should work.

The fix is to upgrade to =sys-devel/make-4.2-r1
