nvidia drivers patch for 460
this patch allows nvidia-drivers--364.19 to build with kernel-4.6
(In reply to Harris Landgarten from comment #1) Is is possible to get a patch for x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-340.96-r5 too? This is the latest driver, that supports the GTX 295 card which I have… (In reply to Navid Zamani from comment #2) I know the bug is for a different driver version, but I think we can group all nvidia-drivers bugs that come from kernel 4.6 together. In this spirit, if it is OK, I’d like to add these patches here too: From https://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-p-7922216.html: kernel-4.6.patch: https://zerobin.net/?b523bac5834ac4b4#pV2jeQ4DuzmIsmdLf2N8WlUHh2IWJ3sEZ+CIXzJzaUU= VM_FAULT_MINOR=0.patch: http://lpaste.net/164116 367.18 is the version meant to be used with kernel 4.6 |
