Created attachment 434744 [details] Full set of files The adopted Debian patch for vixie-cron 4.1 that make it possible to select what events will be logged. Modified init.d script, corresponding conf.d file and updated ebuild are included. ebuild needs selinux patch fix (I don't use it so wasn't able to build vixie-cron with it to fix the patch, so with this ebuild vixie-cron will fail to build because of selinux patch fail to apply). This patch allows to set what event types will be logged and written to syslog. Current events are: 0 no logging (errors are logged regardless) 1 log start of jobs 2 log end of jobs 4 log jobs with exit status != 0 8 log the process identifier of child process (in all logs) The log level is the sum of desired event numbers.
