Objective Caml is a fast modern type-inferring functional programming language 
descended from the ML (Meta Language) family.

This builds a runtime environment and native compiler for ocaml.

I'll be submitting an ebuild for Geneweb, a web-based geneology program, which 
is written in ocaml and will depend on this.
