Bug 581994 – =www-client/firefox-46.0: open as black window with nvidia-drivers randomly

According to bug Bug 573950 firefox sometimes starts with black window. I tried switching of USE-flag hwaccel and nvidia-settings -a InitialPixmapPlacement=0..4. Nothing helped.

The problem exist for a long time. First the windows stayed grey, since www-client/firefox-44 the window is black.
