This is already patched around in 1.6.1 and merged upstream. We haven't been able to get rid of the troublesome 1.5 yet but we're about to. 1.6.1 is now stable. |
Configure fails with: checking for X11... no configure: error: Could not find x11 - Try installing libX11-devel. Since I see nothing in that package specifying any X11 package that's not that surprising. And I'm on a server, that's why I don't have any X11 at all. # equery u icedtea-web [ Legend : U - final flag setting for installation] [ : I - package is installed with flag ] [ Colors : set, unset ] * Found these USE flags for dev-java/icedtea-web-1.5.1-r1: U I - - doc : Add extra documentation (API, Javadoc, etc).
