dev-libs/double-conversion will be a new (optional but highly recommended) dependency of qtcore, starting with Qt 5.7.0. However double-conversion lacks some keywords that are instead present in qtcore, so I'm asking to expand the keywording on double-conversion.

Missing keywords are: arm64 hppa ppc ppc64

Please let me know if it's ok to proceed.

Actually it's not optional, it's a mandatory dependency on Linux.
