www-plugins/chrome-binary-plugins-51.0.2704.7_alpha in x86 architecture doesn't exist anymore.

Google stops support Chrome for 32 bits processors. So they stop compiling binary plugins in 32 bit as well.

So Please remove this package for x86 arch or redistribute the last available if redistributable.

steps to reproduce.
1) try to emerge this package
2) Nothing happens (file doesn't exists)

The x86 keyword was removed, but you forcibly overrode this with a "**" entry in package.accept_keywords
