Upstream undid the change in 0.170.0 that needed the stated extra dependency, so the extra keywording is no longer necessary.

( The additional dependency would have possibly caused a weak cycle for some people anyway and wasn't really worth it )

However, there is one remaining dependency that was added that was not satisfied, and not mentioned earlier, but only relevant to m68k.

TL;DR: UPDATED KEYWORDING LIST:

Please (re)keyword, for:
 ~m68k

dev-perl/Package-DeprecationManager-0.170.0
dev-perl/Sub-Name-0.150.0
dev-perl/Devel-CheckBin-0.40.0

Retouching package list for san-check.

Though reverse-checks for Package-DeprecationManager seem to indicate nothing else in ~m68k is using it, the rest are needed by a few things.

Residual m68k work moved to bug #665088
