According to:

package net-libs/libguac-client-rdp is not needed because the library file is found in some other guacamole package.

www-apps/guacamole-0.9.9 contains:
  /usr/lib64/libguac-client-vnc.so -> libguac-client-vnc.so.0.0.0

Which package is supposed to contain the libguac-client-rdp.so?

It is not in www-apps/guacamole-0.9.9.

Sorry I meant  net-misc/guacamole-server-0.9.9, not www-apps/guacamole-0.9.9.

The rdp library is not in either package.

It would be nice if 
https://archives.gentoo.org/gentoo-dev/message/08f23295893d26aec4fa625f80276d15 mentioned the new use flag rdesktop.

Sorry I missed that.
