Thing is, current =net-im/psi-9999 fails to build with Qt4. However, there's a repo for psiplus that is adapted to new Qt APIs and allows one to build psi with whatever Qt version they like.

a new qconf version was just merged to portage.
so should be available soon on stable git branch.

it's v2.3 from https://github.com/psi-plus/qconf

This bug is not valid anymore.
