If possible, a newer kernel is needed to be in sync with what users are using.

E.g. if I need to test the new udev, I'd expect a recent kernel.

woodpecker is on 4.3.3-hardened-r7-infra30 already, I'll be deploying 4.4.6 soon; and that really should be new enough.
