Bug 577996 – sys-fs/ntfs3g-2016.2.22 no write access in encrypted container files

This new version of ntfs3g works on my computers without any problems, when i direct use partitions that are formatted with NTFS.
But container files created with TrueCrypt or VeraCrypt are always mounted as read only. 

Downgrade to version ntfs3g-2015.3.14 solves this for me.

please post your /etc/fstab lines and/or how you're mounting things

There are no entries in fstab, the containers are on removable hard drives or USB sticks
