I just observed that the SRC_URI on this isn't official, nor is it accessible. A potential replacement for this is:

https://cgit.freedesktop.org/vaapi/xvba-driver/snapshot/xvba-driver-0.8.0.tar.gz

Since I don't have hardware capable of testing this, the change / revbump should be left to someone who can check more than just that it compiles with this official source.
