gentoo.scphost.com still cannot rsync to ftp.oregonstate.edu
We still rsync with ibiblio.org for a long time.

It says 'Connection Refused'

I sure the password was correct since I have check it many times

I think buggy 'rsync' problems ?
slightly different command line still not run ?

rsync://gentoo@masterdistfiles.gentoo.org::gentoo < connection refused

gentoo@masterdistfiles.gentoo.org::gentoo < ok
