Verify in /etc/make.conf that your CHOST variable is really set to i686-pc-linux-gnu.

It seems to bug on i686-pc-linux-g++. Tried it myself with i686-pc-linux-gnu and it works well.

If I modify it to g++ it gives me the same error as you.

Hysteric
Comment 2 Andreas Volz 2004-07-20 13:20:46 UTC
/etc/make.conf:
CHOST="i686-pc-linux-gnu"

Any other ideas?

0.9.3 is horribly outdated. do you have the same problems with 0.9.4? I'll have to look into it, but when the problem persists (and this is not the only bug report) and there are not too much dependencies, it _may_ be removed, since
