Description tycho 2004-07-20 06:11:52 UTC
the IP Adress 192.168.0.2 is wrong, because 192.168.0.0 is the broadcast Adress of the 192.168.0.0/16 Subnet. As published in some RFCs you should use 192.168.1.2 as an example for local network.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. RTFM
2.
3.

Actual Results:
192.168.0.1

Expected Results:
192.168.1.1

just because 192.168.0.0 is a broadcast address does not mean 192.168.0.2 is

i find 192.168.0.x more common than 192.168.1.x personally; but lets not debate this
