It'd be nice to have this for ppc and ppc64 as well so I could turn on telescope control in stellarium without having awkward use flag masking.

Review completed. There were 2 problems in the handling of the udev dependency, which are now fixed in -r2.

@mr_bones_: qtserialport is not keyworded on ppc, feel free to open a keywording request for that. I will include only ppc64 in the stablereq for now.

ppc64 doesn't appear to be interested.
