Transmission depends on SSLv2 features, so building it against openssl-1.0.2g fails while linking the binaries since SSLv2 support has been removed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Upgrade openssl to 1.0.2g
2. Build transmission-2.84-r4
Actual Results:  
The software fails to compile

Expected Results:  
The software should not fail to compile

I ran into this on a system that doesn't actually use transmission anymore, it's just still installed. Note that 2.84-r4 is a rather old version, the current upstream version is 2.90. I do not know if this is fixed upstream.

Please try rebuilding net-misc/curl.

After encountering the same error when trying to rebuild git, I rebuilt net-misc/curl, and now both compiled successfully.

Thanks. I'm closing this as invalid since there's really no bug in transmission here.
