Same seems still to be true or again... The merge of avahi 0.7-r1 failed: # cat /var/tmp/portage/net-dns/avahi-0.7-r1/temp/aclocal.out ***** aclocal ***** ***** PWD: /var/tmp/portage/net-dns/avahi-0.7-r1/work/avahi-0.7 ***** aclocal -I common This Perl not built to support threads Compilation failed in require at /usr/share/automake-1.11/Automake/ChannelDefs.pm line 24. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/bin/aclocal-1.11 line 38. Any change to add that requirement to DEPEND? After remerging dev-lang/perl with enabled ithreads USE flag (and after that "per-cleaner --all"), I have been able to merge avahi again. Doublecheck - is this still true for avahi-0.7 ? (In reply to Andreas K. Hüttel from comment #3) > Doublecheck - is this still true for avahi-0.7 ? I just tested this for avahi-0.7-r2 in the tree using automake-1.16 and could not reproduce. I'm not sure what's going on here. If it shows up again with the newer version of automake, reopen the bug and attach logs. |
