KPA 4.7.1 is out now, cf. https://www.kphotoalbum.org/news/?item=0090#item0090

This is a bugfix release dedicated to regressions found in the last version. Please remove 4.7 from the tree in favor of 4.7.1. Thanks :-)

Oh, I forgot this one: at least here, I only can build face detection/recognition with kde-apps/libkface-15.08.3 and the map related functionality with kde-apps/libkgeomap-15.08.3, so probably, you want to add those versions as dependencies of the the respective USE flags.
