Java is component of Gentoo, and CLI/mono is not:

(it should be vice-versa, because CLI is international standart from ISO/ECMA and Java is just some corporate product)

even more facinating - python is not a component of gentoo, and Java is!!!

I propose to add CLI/mono to the list of components

Bug products components help with *bug* categorization and assignment. They don't express actual components of Gentoo.
