updated wine misc archive
I'm no heavy user of wine, but it compiles and it seems to be ok. (halflife runs at least) trying from bug 57645 (still no joy) I'm getting a segfault line 39 now. Perhaps I'm not doing it right. I downloaded the ebuild and put it in my /usr/portage/app-emulation/wine directory. Then I did "ebuild wine-2004-716.ebuild digest" I wasn't sure what to do with the misc archive. Hi Chris! Just drop the misc archive into your distfiles directory, the ebuild will make use of it. In fact you _must_ do this, because if you don't, the ebuild will fetch the official wine-20040716-misc file and use this instead, this will bork your wine setup. |
