This appears fixed upstream[1], but the fixes did not make it for 2.0.0_beta2. 1: https://github.com/visualboyadvance-m/visualboyadvance-m/commits/master/src/common/ffmpeg.cpp I emailed upstream asking for a git tag for HEAD but no reply so far.
