Please update the following Plugins

- Akismet (3.1.1 => 3.17)
- Easy Table (1.5.2 => 1.6)
- OpenID (3.3.4 => 3.4.1)
- Public Post Review (2.4 => 2.4.1)
- Table of Contents Plus (1505 => 1601)
- WordPress Mobile Pack (2.1.2 => 2.2.1)

Please Upgrade the following Themes:
- Mantra (2.3.4 => 2.4.1.1)
- Twenty Fifteen (1.2 => 1.4)
- Twenty Fourteen (1.4 => 1.6)
- Twenty Thirteen (1.5 => 1.7)

Since the update is to keep up with the 4.4.2 update, this needs to be done after the 4.4.2 update (Setting Dependency on the 4.4.2 upgrade bug).
