Bug 57438 – nvidia-glx 1.0.6106-r2 ebuild fails to to install due to tls issues.

Well, I think that somebody's been waiting for this one. When emerging, nvidia-glx complains of blockage in /usr/lib/tls. Here's the goods:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge the latest nvidia-glx ebuild (1.0.6106-r2)
Actual Results:  
nvidia-glx stops dead in its tracks.

Expected Results:  
The ebuild should've kept chugging along.
