Simple patch to fix the bug. 1-liner

media-tv/me tv incorrectly calls VLC in its me-tv-1.4.0.10/client/vlc_engine.diff causing a failure to open the output source.

I have implemented and tested the patch, confirmed the fix, and attached the patch below.
