It would appear that you have not done the libstdc++ related rebuilds per the gcc 5 news item.

Although I have gcc-5, it's compiled with gcc-4.9 and I'm almost positive I did an emptytree with 4.9.

'revdep-rebuild --library 'libstdc++.so.6' -- --exclude gcc' does nothing for me.

was a gcc-t issue after all. had to recompile hunspell.
