Attempting to emerge gcc 4.9.3-r999 gives out:

::musl is synced using git (https://github.com/gentoo-mirror/musl/)
It's at commit c9354bfc76b76f443e34fe621e481b0fa0bf3ed7 at this moment.

Can anyone verify and potentially re-manifest it?

should be fix.  please check and reopen if there's still a problem.
