It seems ipkg-make-index is looking for a "gtar" ever since bug 195510, but has no dependency that satisfies this program. app-arch/tar only installs /bin/tar

Whoops, never saw this.

Resolved by ipkg-utils-1.7.050831-r3 in #634300.
