cloog build log with graphite.
sounds like you upgraded isl recently. you need to rebuild gcc when you do. It was build at least 10 times after the isl upgrade.sys-devel/gcc

(In reply to dE from comment #3) i don't know what that output is trying to say. that graphite error shows up when gcc is unable to load libisl.so and probe its symbols which happens when there's a mismatch between the version of libisl you have installed compared to when you built gcc. verify you have isl-0.15 installed, and then rebuild gcc-5.3.0, and then try to build that single file with graphite flags. if you still get a warning, attach the build logs of isl & gcc here. |
