cloog build log with graphite.
sounds like you upgraded isl recently. you need to rebuild gcc when you do. It was build at least 10 times after the isl upgrade.sys-devel/gcc Available versions: (2.95.3) ~*2.95.3-r10^s (3.3.6) (~)3.3.6-r1^s (3.4.6) 3.4.6-r2^s (4.0.4) **4.0.4^s (4.1.2) 4.1.2^s (4.2.4) (~)4.2.4-r1^s (4.3.6) 4.3.6-r1^s (4.4.7) 4.4.7^s (4.5.4) 4.5.4^s (4.6.4) 4.6.4^s (4.7.4) 4.7.4^s (4.8) 4.8.5^s (4.9) 4.9.3^s (5) **5.1.0^s **5.2.0^s (~)5.3.0^s {altivec awt boundschecking cilk +cxx d debug doc fixed-point +fortran gcj go graphite hardened jit libssp mudflap multilib multislot +nls nopie nossp +nptl objc objc++ objc-gc +openmp regression-test +sanitize vanilla} Installed versions: 4.9.3(4.9)^s(11:37:39 AM 08/04/2015)(cxx graphite multilib nptl openmp -altivec -awt -cilk -debug -doc -fixed-point -fortran -gcj -go -hardened -libssp -multislot -nls -nopie -nossp -objc -objc++ -objc-gc -regression-test -sanitize -vanilla) 5.3.0(5)^s(10:51:12 PM 01/24/2016)(cxx graphite multilib nptl openmp -altivec -awt -cilk -debug -doc -fixed-point -fortran -gcj -go -hardened -jit -libssp -multislot -nls -nopie -nossp -objc -objc++ -objc-gc -regression-test -sanitize -vanilla) Homepage: https://gcc.gnu.org/ Description: The GNU Compiler Collection eix --installed isl [I] dev-libs/isl Available versions: (~)0.11.1 0.12.2(0/10) ~0.13(0/13) ~0.14(0/14) ~0.14.1(0/14) 0.15(0/15) {static-libs ABI_MIPS="n32 n64 o32" ABI_PPC="32 64" ABI_S390="32 64" ABI_X86="32 64 x32"} Installed versions: 0.15(04:34:18 PM 01/09/2016)(-static-libs ABI_MIPS="-n32 -n64 -o32" ABI_PPC="-32 -64" ABI_S390="-32 -64" ABI_X86="64 -32 -x32") Homepage: http://isl.gforge.inria.fr/ Description: A library for manipulating integer points bounded by linear constraints (In reply to dE from comment #3) i don't know what that output is trying to say. that graphite error shows up when gcc is unable to load libisl.so and probe its symbols which happens when there's a mismatch between the version of libisl you have installed compared to when you built gcc. verify you have isl-0.15 installed, and then rebuild gcc-5.3.0, and then try to build that single file with graphite flags. if you still get a warning, attach the build logs of isl & gcc here. |
