Respect Env Vars

There's a typo in the first comment - the version being upgraded to is 3.7.7 not 4.7.7.

Attached are the ebuild and patch files needed. The ebuild and xephem-3.7.7-implicits.patch are direct copies of the 3.7.6 versions. No modification was required. xephem-3.7.7-respect_env_vars.patch is almost the same as 3.7.6 except that patch failed due to the Makefile being a couple of lines shorter. The attached xephem-3.7.7-respect_env_vars.patch patches cleanly.
