I will attach the full list of executable binaries in the directory. Those ones have been found with: find /var/tmp/portage/dev-go/go-tools-0_pre20160121/ -type f -executable -exec file -i '{}' \; | grep 'x-executable; charset=binary' Created attachment 424050 [details]

Apparently it only builds tipgodoc if it's currently installed, or something strange like that. So, the ebuild simply does not try to install it now.
