Version 4.0.8 of tvheadend already released.

files/4.0.6-use-glibc-version-iconv.patch
would have to be copied to
files/4.0.8-use-glibc-version-iconv.patch

or modify ebuilds to use a more generic patch name like
files/4.0-use-glibc-version-iconv.patch
