Currently has USE_RUBY="ruby19 ruby20", maybe change to USE_RUBY="ruby20 ruby21". This is needed by app-emulation/vagrant and we cannot use the newer 1.2.1 version of net-scp. Thank you.

I see that you want this due to a version restriction on vagrant. Please read our policy on versioning: https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:Ruby/Packaging_RubyGems#Version_numbers_and_slots

As far as I can tell there are no API backward-incompatible differences between net-scp 1.1.x and 1.2.x, and I see no indication of this in the net-scp code. Please fix the net-scp dependency in the vagrant gemspec accordingly.

If there is a demonstrated compatibility issue please let us know and we can slot net-scp, but I do not expect this to be needed.
